Tookitaki, a data intelligence startup has raised $1 million (Rs 6.3 crore) in a funding round led by Singapore based venture capital firm Jungle Ventures. Japanese seed investor Rebright Partners and existing investor Blume Ventures also took in the round.
The funding will be used for research and development of products and expansion in markets of Southeast Asia and Japan.
Tookitaki was founded by Abhishek Chatterjee and Jeeta Bandopadhyay. It is a platform with patent pending technology that combines multiple data sets to forecast time based consumer strategies for marketing, sales and operations teams. It has offices in India, Singapore, and US.
“Japan-based customers are great prospects for Tookitaki’s products and we are excited to join the round and help the company realize its potential,” said Takeshi Ebihara, founding general partner at Rebright Partners.
