Sokrati Technologies, a digital marketing and analytics company has raised a series B round of funding led by IvyCap Ventures. The round also saw participation from existing investor Inventus Capital. Sokrati is Google’s largest SMB partner in India.
The funding will be used to expand technology & big data engineering teams and building the marketing presence globally.
Founded in 2009 by Ashish Mehta, Santosh Gannavarapu, and Anubhav Sonthalia, Sokrati offers an integrated platform to effectively manage campaigns across search, display, and social media digital marketing networks. It provides a unified view of the end-user and merchandise to the marketer rather than pivoting the analytics around channels & channel features.
“Only a few very large advertisers have something that may remotely resemble the unified approach of marketing today. We aim at leveling the playing field by making this technology accessible to thousands of marketers globally,” Ashish Mehta.
Currently Sokrati has 8,000 clients with 3,000 marketers and 130% growth annually from various fields like, ecommerce, travel, finance, banking, and technology among others.
Also, Sokrati was recently chosen as one of the three Indian startups by the Silicon Valley chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) for its Billion Dollar Babies initiative.
